I don't understand why after I burn my movie with my DVD laptop burner why the movie skips. Could it possibly be because my screensaver turns on during burning or what? Any help or suggestions would be great.

what speed do you burn on, i no that slower speeds cause less problems after burn as for your screan saver, before you burn go right click on your desktop, click properties, and then find the tab that says screen saver and turn the time to atleast 60min and after it's done burning change it back to the time it was on before.

I am having the same problem..I decrypted and did DVD Shrink..burned my copy of the dvd and when I went to play the dvd it is constantly skipping...

What brand of discs are you using? Poor quality media tends to have playback problems. Stick with the good stuff like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim.

To change the burn speed in shrink once you click on back up go to the burn settings tab and change it there.
