Ok I finished modding my xbox but now i was wondering how i could get halo 2 mods working. And also the steps on how to do them and where can i get the things to do that that

it kinda hard to explain but you need to download FlashFXP to transfer your files to your xbox and i am just waiting for a package to download tht you can change the spawn points in a 3d vision of the map.

HEY WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FTP BECAUSE I AM A NOOB TO THIS STUFF
ONE MORE QUESTIONS HOW A I SUPPOSE TO COPY HALO 2 ON MY HARDDRIVE BECAUSE ON MY OTHER XBOX I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH ROOM SO I DELETED EVERYTHING AND STILL DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH ROOM. SO THEN I FORMATTED ONE OF THE DRIVES DON'T REMEMBER WHICH ONE BUT IT OPEND UP SPACE SO I FORMATTED ALL THE DRIVES AND THEN AFTER THAT I HAD TO GO TO SLEEP THE NEXT MORNING I TURNED ON THE XBOX AND NO DASHNOARD WAS LAUCHED I WAS FROZEN ON THE XBOX SCREEN.
MY QUESTIONS IS WHAT IS THE WAY I CAN OPEN MORE SPACE WITHOUT RUNNING IN THE SAME PROBLEM OR IS A FRESH XBOX NOTHING SAVED WILL THE BE ENOUGH ROOM TO COPY IT
IF ANYONE CAN HELP THAT WILL BE GREAT :)

You need to download PPF o Matic, map resigner, and some ppfs from the sites i have below. ftp to your xbox then open the Tdata folder then go to the one ending in 64
then copy the .map files to your hard drive make sure you know which ones go in which folder.
then go to ppf o matic and open the map attach the downloaded ppf and then use map resigner to finsh the map then put it back on your hard drive and you are modded

to put halo on your hard drive delete the maps that start with numbers because those are just camp. maps that you won't mod anyway. Ftp is how you transfer data from your computer to your xbox. Go into your modded dashboard (unleash or evo X) and go to network settings find out your ip then go to internet explorer and type in ftp://* (* being your ip) then when it says wrong name and pass go to file, login and type xbox as your name and pass. then you are in your xbox hard drive. (all of this must be done while you are in your modded dash)

is it safe to assume that there will never be an easy way to do any of this. I'd love to use bots in halo 1 but i read the how to from halomods.com and began crying after a while. Anyone tried mimesis yet?

i have tried to softmod halo2 using flash FXP, it didnt work.
i tried to connect with DHCP, then static ip neither worked. i tried both Dns servers , gateways and subnet masks. none of it seems to work it just tells me it is trying to reconnect. i used a router with wireless . is there anything i did wrong please help. you can address me at either this site or my aim(blacklabel24571) @hotmail.com or @aol.com

Uh, you need to change the network setting on your dashboard to static IP and make sure you save the setting...

I've been modding my maps for awhile everything working good, But I signed on the other day and it said that I was permanantly banned from matchmaking play. I made some fairly cool mods if anyone wants to know how you can e mail me but what I want to is....is there a way to not get banned? does bungie monitor the map signatures or did someone complain, I never used the mods for cheating in matchmaking just to play with my clan mates in custom games. my e is ridn_shotgun@yahoo.com

and your cpu and x box have different ip's so.....use your xbox you can e mail me if you like or there is a good tut from zepheros in jan
and some others I can give you I use dot halo and H2X
