Red Dragon not working

I've tried red dragon with multiple prgrams including dvd shrink and dvd decrypter, and it wont work. It get's to about 95% done and then says it fails to read drive d. Anyone know what's going on? thanks

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a bad press or bad scratches on the disk since that movie is 4 years old. Try cleaning it real well and then try ripping again w/ DVDDecrypter. If it fails again then you probably will have to return it for another copy.
