PSP Screen gone blank

My PSP had a huge impact and after which whenever i start the PSP the screen is blank and the power light is on but after some seconds it closes. Does anyone know whats wrong ??????????????

Hummm I'm going to take a stab at it, and say that your PSP? has pased on to the land where all the enternaly blesed PSPs? go when they move on!

Remember People you can't treat a ?249.99(EUR) Playstation Portable like some lamearsed ?90.00(EUR) Gameboy Advance! And expect to get away with it for long! This sadly also applies to Apples First Gen. iPods aswell!! =(

White and black 1.5 psp's

I'll take this down WHEN micro$oft decides to stop being lazy and make the capcom fighting games backwards compatible with the 360 dammit!!!

Look the battery is fine i charged it. And anyways if the battery is not charged then even the green light wont start.

Infact even the light on top of the LCD screen doesnt function maybe some wire got cut or displaced

sorry bud,

but i got bad news. i am 1 of thos psp pro hakers and it hapend the exact smae thing 2 my frnd. yr psp is damaged with viruses, in other wrds its skrewd. but mayb u can du 1thing. remove the memory card of the psp and try 2 start it

rajdabom thanks but there was no homebrew in my psp infact it was running version 2.50 due to WWE Raw vs Smackdown 2006 it was perfectly working until it fell down on the grond 4 times because it was oily. If anyone knows how i can get it repaired then please help or else i will have to dump my PSP.

Well i could but the problem is i stay in India where the PSP isnt officially released and the one i have is one of the first Japanese PSPs. Can i still send it though.

lol i have smackdown vs raw 2006 and i had 2.00 and it runs , i dont need 2.50 but it does have a 2.50 update on the game
