I have just installed dvd decrypter (dvdshrink already installed) and I get an error message:

E 22:08:13 Reason: General internal ASPI failure

I cannot select a target drive because no drives are detected... I am running win98SE and I have a BENQ burner, I am proficient with my computer but this is my first go at backing up a dvd, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked to see if you've got ASPI installed on your PC?

ASPI is either not installed or could be corrupted on your PC.

Just to check - if not, then here's a link to download:-

Hope this helps.

Please let me know how you get on.
