I'm getting the error message "Invalid DVD navigation structure" while using DVD Shrink, and after inserting the disk AnyDVD error message "Failed to set Display to 75Hz!" appears.

Can anyone help please?

Well all I can tell you is to try a different movie to make sure it is not the movie causing the problem.

What movie was this?
Have you been using the same process previously?

If your display is not set to 75hz then I don't know what would be causing that. I don't think AnyDVD has anything to do with that.
Are you sure that was an AnyDVD error message?

You could contact Slysoft and ask them about it if it is.

http://www.slysoft.com/en/contact.html

You could always try changing your monitor's refresh rate to 75hz and see if the problem goes away.

In other words it seems to me that you have two unrelated issues going on here.

You may want to update your AnyDVD when they come out with a new version. The current version does not support Shrink or Nero Recode.

Thanks. I have the latest version of AnyDVD and have asked them about the problem.

I did get the same error message a few weeks ago, and when I installed a newer version of AnyDVD I succeded in shrinking the DVD.

I've copied other movies today and there was no problem. Maybe it's a Sony thing as they are the distributors of the movie I'm having difficulty with.

I don't know hoe to change my monitor's refresh rate to 75Hz.

oscar1,
Go into Control Panel> Display> Settings> look down on the lower right and you will see> advanced > click advanced> At the top you will see monitor. There you will see monitor refresh rates. See if 75 hz is there and change it to that. Click apply and then OK

Thanks to all who helped. I have successfully copied the DVD. I downloaded the trial version of CloneDVD and everything worked perfectly.

GSM,
Use AnyDVD as that error means Shrink can not decrypt the movie. Nero never could decrypt a movie so use the 21 day trial version of AnyDVD.

Everytime I've got that error I've used:

DVDFab -> VOB Blanker -> DVD Shrink

and it's worked everytime so far.

I've gotten that error on a few titles, even with an updated version of AnyDVD.
