Is there another program out there like ashampoo that can convert shrink and burn dvd movies from your computer or from a dvd?
Please let me know.

Ashampoo burns movies from your hdd to CDs. So if you are currently using the program then you are using something to do the rip with to get the movie onto your hdd.

If you are not using the program but are looking for a "one click" solution then I can't really recommend any. Not because their aren't any, I just don't like them for various reasons.

For newbies just getting started, I recommend buying AnyDVD along with CloneDVD2.

If you want to use free programs then DL DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.

ashampoo works great for backing up a backup blind write and Nero works great for this also
