Help with burning English audio track

I ripped Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo to my PC and it played fine. In perfect English. But then I burned it and went to watch it in my DVD player and the audio was in French. How did that happen?

I just re-ripped and re-burned only to waste another disc because the audio is French again. Anyone know how I can get the English track to burn?

Nero. I've burnt other DVDs using DVDFab and Nero that were fine.
