I purchased DVD XCopy Gold and Express a couple of years ago.
The file version of Express is 3.0.0.0. I believe there is an
updated version available. Do you know where the link to the
downloadable update is?

You might also want to try some other programs that do a better job and handle the newer copy protections - some are even free

All free
This combo while not free will handle any movie out there - AnyDVD and CloneDVD
