Coming from a complete newbie myself, this was extremely easy for me .I had gotten the exploit in and had to swap a few times to get MGS3 onto the hard drive. This made it a lot easier, my only advice before this tutorial is to make sure you have no hd loader files on your hd prior to loading the PS2 Menu for the first time. Also I had a little trouble making my PS1 (PSX) trigger disc, I highly reccomend you use the Independence Compiler located at
http://console.iscentral.net/request.php?183 to acquire your PS1 disc's ID number (simply by inserting it into your cdrom). After you acquire the ID number you will have the title.db part done, and can jump down to the part with Nero on Goldfire's MC walkthrough. Good luck newbies! If I can do it your retarded self can too lol
sticky if possible
