Is this a good download or quality file to watch, which program encodes this type of movie file...ed

.nrg is a Nero image file, same idea as a .iso file.

As for quality how big is the file? The bigger generally the better quality.

.nrg dosen't have to be a movie it could be an image of a data cd also.

There are two ways to "Look Inside" the file:
1) Burn with Nero
2) A program called "Ultra ISO" will open it and shoe you what's inside. I'm sure there are other programs too.
