I know there is a way to mod the old maps i just want to find out how?
i need the programs /maps/ppfs/and ect.

do u mean the original maps from halo 2 ....if so all u need to do is copy halo2 to ur harddrive ,ftp it, and use dot halo to mod them

u need dvd2xbox to put games onto ur xbox...u can either search for it or im me at: Adidas0236 and ill give u it

if your fairly new to modding, or using apps then u dont have to use dvd2xbox. do this: boot ur evox dash, put halo 2 in disk tray(dont let game boot!), ftp to ur xbox and copy the d folder to ur computer.
Once its done u can delete the credits.bink, and all the campaign maps (caution dont delete mainmenu.map, shared.map or the single player one) now put everything remaining back into ur xbox through ftp in the games folder

u now have h2 on ur xbox, u can mod them however u like if ur worried about the sigs cuz u cant find a resigner that has old map sigs get encryptomatic or there are many others

I am havin a problem with that I deleted credits and campaign maps and moved my stuff over so now it looks like this

is this right? I modded an old map but I think it plays from the disc still

also I heard if you go online it can get ur whole system banned is that true and is it even from custom games?'


ah edit:: ok ummm nvm about that I figured it out and luanched halo 2 from my hd but now If I attempt to sign online with my softmods on cant my whole system be banned opposed to the regular just banned from matchmaking?
