i want to rip a few scenes from a music dvd to my computer and format it to a common format like avi. i found out that each of the scenes i want is a chapter, so i used dvd decryptor to rip the chapers i want to my computer. it ripped them to VOB files. what program can I use to convert that to something like AVI?

or if there is an easier way to do this, what is it? thanks.

once you have it in an avi form what do you want to do with it.

That link doesn't work.

Once I get it into AVI, I want to email the clips to my friend using yousendit.com. When I said AVI, I didn't mean that is what I want. I want a popular format like that so when I send it to someone, he won't have to download any additional software to get it to work.
