well apparently it doesnt work for all of us.everytime i get to the update screen i hit update and it just reboots my xbox and tells me it needs service.now the answer to that question hasnt been answered if u know then tell us.i tried every game i have and they all did the same thing i even used my xlive live account to sign with nfsu2 and was able to get on xlive but it didnt update my dash

I know this is a little off subject but I want going to ask anyways! I thought of an idea when I was seeing all these special xboxs and I wondered if there was a stars wars xbox. I have taken the xbox apart and I have built computers before. So my question is how many people would pay money for a home made special edition Millennium Falcon! Because I am thinking of building one and puting it one ebay!

If i have no softmod installed and my dashboard is gone will the xbox interactive refresh disk still work to fix the problem?

I got error 13 and I don't have the exploits on my xbox anymore so I tried the dash update but everytime I try it says that I cannot connect to xbox live. I know that my connection is fine. What do I do? Can I just get the AID disk and then boot that up to fix it or will I need to try something else. Also I was lookin at fixing my C drive with xboxhdm and it said that I needed the eeprom but I have no clue on how to get it. Thanks

If the update isn't working for you (meaning the update actually runs but reboots half way throguh the process) then that means your C is probably full and the only way to fix it is through hotswapping the Xbox hard drive to your PC using XBoxHDM. The sucess of hotswapping though totally depends on your motherboard's tolerance to it. If your computer's motherboard can't take it, then you're pretty much fried unless you purchase a modchip.

hotswapping isnt that hard ive used 2 pc's to do it on one of them i had to update the bios for it to work but u shouldnt have a problem as long as u have a newer pc

ok so im getting that alot of people are having trouble with fixing their xboxes. I can fix them for you very easily, I already own a hard modded xbox and i can restore yours for you. All you would need to do is send me your HDD and i would fix or if I couldnt i would send it back. For more details pm, or im me (superperry777) i already have 3 people who are sending me their HDD's. I just want to help, and btw i will do it for free!

yea i have modded my xbox with exox and i have done evey thing right till the point i decidded to try and burn halo 2 to my hard drive well i almost had it thin i deleted something and now i cant axses the modded dash anymoe so there for i cant get to my ms dash so if any one nows some way they can heelp me i will be thankfull
