No hard feeling here mate, but what's the point of this thread?

i 2nd that... and that screen shot does not indicate encoding speed anyway...you can't compare to others... cuz everyone has different PC specs....

i saw your guide for NV4.. on the booktype selection part of it... i dont have that option... not that i need it, my burner is set to booktype automatically (i have if configured to booktype)

funny how you changed your PC specs after i sent my reply..
now you added the O/C and the M/B, changed your dual core from 4800 to 4400 and your ddr.....

If you have the latest Nero 7, which I believe you do now (LOL) and if your burner is capable of "book type" or "bitsettings", then it will show/appear there once you click on "Options". I've always set my DRU710A (rebadged SOHW 1633S) to "automatic" under "Book Type" and so far Nero has NEVER failed me, every burns using a DVD+R is automatically set to DVD-ROM flawlessly.

@ alkohol... yeah, i do have Nero 7 now.... wooohooo

anyway, my burne is the litey 1633 (funny u have the sony) and so you know its capable of bitsetting, just Nero vision 4 (that guide you set up) does not give me that option drop down menu.. like i said, no worries, i know other methods to booktype...
