I've got an old video(digital) that is having some blurring issue when I play it on my TV. It was originally intended for a much smaller screen and when blown up (obviously) it gets blurry. Is there anyway to fix this or decrease it? Sorry if this is an elementary question.

You can keep change the resolution depending on what it's current size is by converting. If it's already at it's lowest then no, you are stuck with what you have, unless you'd want to change it's format all together.
