I am kinda new to this but have successfully been able to backup several movies including those with the new crypto from Sony Pictures. My current problem now is the movie CRASH. everytime I put it in my drive (NEC nd-3540a), the drive doesn't even recognize that the disc is in. It also bogs my entire computer down and there is no functionality until i eject the disc. I have attempted to update the firmware with several different mods. Just curious if anyone else has experienced a similar problem and if so, how to correct it. Thanks!!

what decrypterdo you have becuse the best one out there is AnyDVD and it can handle any encryption also the new encryptions. basically it removes the encryption so the computer wont detect it. it then lets the burner do its job. it is said that its best work is with clone DVD but i didnt like it. u can get AnyDVD free trial at www.slysoft.com

Yeah, i'm running AnyDVD in the background but CRASH still bogs down the system. Just made a backup of Wedding Crashers without a hitch. THIS IS WEIRD...
