Gidday Everyone, I have been checking this site out alot recently as my son bought a chip and I have been contemplating Hari Kari in trying to get this thing going!!

I think I am nearly there but my question is what dashboard can i use with my chip -

x Xecuter 2.6CE Modchip (Solderless V1.6)

I have no idea on what goes with what ? would auto installer deluxe 2.11 have a dashboard I can use? What is the best Dashboard to use (for idiots like me) , easiest to set up for FTP etc. Please help as this is sending me crazy. Thankyou so much for your time.

main things you need are dvd2xbox,XBMC,game launcher.plus there are several more apps, emulators you can get.all the apps you need should be on an autoinstaller disc anyway.

I like to use Avalaunch myself. XBMC is a pretty cool dash too.

XBOX v1.1, Phillips DVD, stock Seagate, SID2 - Avalaunch
XBOX v1.6, Samsung DVD, stock Seagate, SID4 - Avalaunch

get a couple...I recommend unrealx as your main one and have Xbox media center and avalaunch as alternatives.

All those and more are on the autoinstaller so don't worry about it

thanks for the replies. I have tried evox, now for my next question -

If I have evox on my machine and I am using Auto Installer Deluxe, how do I change to another DashBoard ??

Can I just install another and it will charge over evox, or is it more complicated ??

Can I have several then choose one at start up ??

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thankyou so much.
