well its a bit of spyware so try using a spyware scanner. failing that boot up into safemode and try to delete it manual.

make sure the process isnt running while your trying to delete it.

if its only been there recently do a system restore to before it showed up

You might want to try this online spyware remover

http://www.spywareguide.com/

at their web page it is on the left under online tools

If that does not work I would recommend SPYWARE DOCTOR
or BPS ( bullet proof software ) spyware remover.
there is also the freebies like ADAWARE and Spybot.

bah! do it manually, end all suspious processes, run msconfig stop any dodgyness starting up then run regedit go to current user > software > microsoft > windows >current version > run > and delete anything in there. do this on local machine too. also check runonce find the file system32.exe delete that then your done reboot :)_
