im curious to see if their is way to save astreaming video clips from the internet. when i try to save the streamed videos all it will do is save a link to the vdeo, not the video itself. Is their a way around this? thanks.

I use net transport, which can capture audio and video streams very well.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

net transport isn't free, but there are no limitations with the trial version. its pretty much free.

Can someone explain to me how i use these programs, ive downloaded them but i cant figure out how to use them, either net transfer or WM recorder?? i cant get either one to work???

load net transport, and click the "new" button. then paste the URL into the box and click okay. thats about it...its pretty simple
