ok i finally got this project finished. it is a psp 2.6 downgrader to 1.5. i now people have been wanting it forever. now i take no responsibility for any problems that occur to ur psp but u can download this downgrader here

I'll take this down WHEN micro$oft decides to stop being lazy and make the capcom fighting games backwards compatible with the 360 dammit!!!
