Oh yes! You'll need a burning prog w/ shrink. Shrink will auto burn w/ Nero or decrypter (free & also a ripper). There are also movies shrink can't handle w/o some help so dl dvdfab decrypter(free) then process the files thru shrink. Another great combo (not free but has 21 free trial) is AnyDVD and CloneDVD - this will handle anything out there!! Very easy and fast!
Here a link to some guides to help you out:

If you want to stay completely free, download and install Nero express, DVD Decrypter and DVD43. All are free, all do exactly the same thing as the aforementioned softwares. All are very simple to utilize. Just google DVD Decrypter guides, DVD Shrink Guides, DVD43 Guides. All will show graphical representations of how to use. DVD X Copy is terrible.

I think you have them confused w/ AnyDVD and CloneDVD (well worth the $ though). DVD43 & Decrypter are both free.
You can download decrypter from the software section of the 1st guide - here's a link:

Or both can be downloaded from this link:

1st, used DVDFabDecrypter- version 2.9.6.8 - ripped to hard drive

2nd, then used DVDShrink - shrunk it so it would fit on a regular sized DVD - but with shrink it will auto burn w/ Nero, so step #3 will now be done for you automatically.

3rd, then used Nero to burn - use the burn engine of your choice - Shrink will auto burn w/ Nero or if you use CloneDVD2 to burn the disk, you still need to shrink it first so it will fit on one disk.

1,2,3,--- worked 100%, EVERYTHING

To do movie only - pick movie + ifo. You will then use reauthor in shrink to open these files.
Here's a guide for this - using just decrypter and shrink:
