Hello!!

I didnt know that the mobile phone that i bought for my dad was actually Locked! I bought it in Australia and is locked to Virgin Mobile....IMEI---357598003288703.....Anyone could help me for this? as soon as possible coz i m going home to malaysia as this phone actually is a gift for my dad....please
