Any body here knows how to do Legend of Zorro??? I was able to do every single movie except for this one. Use dvd decrypter, then vobblanker, then dvd shrink, then burn it with nero. But I can't seem to even decrypt it with dvd decrypter with this movie (it's brand new not even a scratch on it).

I just did this one tonite w/ AnyDVD and CloneDVD. You can download a 21 day free trial from slysoft.com. So far there is nothing this combo couldn't handle.
Or download the free dvdfab decrypter use that to rip instead of DVD Decrypter then process the files thru vobblanker then use shrink w/ Nero.

Get PgcEdit, it's free, http://www.afterdawn.com/software/source_codes/pgcedit.cfm
Install updates for the program that breaks the sony code. Start the program and select plugins tab -> PSL2 (ARccOS) -> then use decrypter or VoBB. After that you can follow the onscreen instructions.
But there is an easier way. Get AnyDVD at slysoft.com. It comes with a 21 day free trial. Let it run in the background. Open DVD Shrink and in 30 min. you are ready to burn. Some people say to stay away from things that you buy. But in my years I learned that easy is better. I got full movie 100% using AnyDVD.

Well it worked for me!!! Why isn't workiing for you? What problem are you having? It's a sony release but it gave me no problems.

I just did the movie using DVDfab to rip then ran through VOBblanker. It worked out fine through shrink after that. I had to do it twice because I am not familiar with VOBblanker yet. I used the input, output, process method 1st. When I tried to shrink it, blanker had removed VOB's 10 and 11. I redid it an noticed when I loaded the fab file, it said something about skipping some files with multiangle something or other. I clicked yes, then whent back in and manuelly changed VOB's 10 and 11 to PROCESS. Everything worked well after that for a full disk back up. I was able to get movie only after using just DVDfab, so unless you want a full disk back up, you may be able to skip the blanker process. Again, no AnyDVD, just free programs used. Seemed to work for me.

i used the same method as stumpied except i used Recode instead of DVD Shrink. i also, got the vts_10 and vts_11 error, but just changed the setting from "skip" to "process" and everything worked out fine. btw, thanks Alkohol for your vobblanker guide. it was very helpful as this was the first time i used it.

Thanks, it worked. I had to use the dvdfab derypter, the vobblanker, and had to reauthor it with DVD Shrink to where it doesn't have the menu option, but hey who cares it works

Oh yea, does anybody know where I can get the free version on vobblanker and not the trial version?? Or is there one where you could crack like AnyDVD???

DO you have any jittery start issues? I have it backed up using the Dvd Fab Decrypter, and then using Dvd Shrink, yet I have to use the ff on my dvd player to get it to start playing. It hangs up getting started. I just used the VOBlanker software, and I am going to try Shrink, and the re-burn now.

Try the start/end feature in shrink.-->
<--
Move the first slide in chapter 1 till you see the first frame. Leave it there and proceed as you normally would.Movie will start at this point on your burn.
I was so ugly when I was a kid, my parents used to take me everywhere just so they wouldn't have to kiss me goodbye.

Ok this is going to sound funny but i backed up the movie with dvd fab and used dvd shrink 2.3 and it actually worked I watched the movie with menus and all... I usually back up with my other computer which has anydvd, dvdfab and Recode.

I made two successful back-ups last night:
DVD-9: Verbatim DVD+R DL
DVDFab-->Imgtool-->Imgburn
DVD-5: Ritek G05
DVDFab-->Recode 2 (nrg file)-->Imgburn
Both worked without the need of any other programs

Not funny at all as I was able to back up with DVD fab version 2.9.6.8 and DVD Shrink. Backed up movie only with no problems at all and it plays on my set top DVD player. As alkohol mentioned in another thread, you MUST disable DVD43 and/or AnyDVD before using DVD fab!!!
