Anyone know of a nice video editing software that will allow me to rip to a dvd? I tried using NeroExpress3 version of a DVD movie maker however its options did not suffice. I'd like something that would allow me to place movies and pictures on the same track for a single audio file; while allowing me to increase the volume of both the short video clips and audio track. I'd also like to edit some of the short movie clips and audio clips to allow for only certain parts to be played on the track. Any help or direction would be great, thanks.

You should be able to do this with any Medium to High end Video editing Program Like "Sony Vegas Video 6" or "Adobe Premier Pro" but these are very Expensive and Complex programs...

You might want to check out "MagiX Movie Edit Pro v10" because it is Probably the Least Expensive But Fully Functional High end Video/Audio editor on the Market and it is only about $50....

You can check it out here:

I looked at some reviews of the "MagiX Movie Edit Pro v10" from CNET and it seems like it has some problems with it. Do you have any experience with this program? Was it ok because I know many reviews can be quirky? Let me know, Thanks.

Yes, I have the Full Retail 2 CD version of Magix Movie edit Pro and it works Quite Well and I haven"t noticed any real Bugs accept when Loading in dolby AC3 audio files it takes quite a Long time but that was about it....

I don"t use it That much because I prefer useing "Sony Vegas Video v6.0" but when I do use it It does a Good Job for me.....
