What problems are you having? Progs used? Error meassges?
AnyDVD and CloneDVD here. Not a problem and nothing special on this one that I recall.

i'm using shrink and any dvd. shrink starts to read it then it stops at 6 percent. if there's a scratch on the dvd could this cause an error.

thanks

YES a scatched/bad dvd can cause this exchange it from another dvd and go again ,your best bet is to use CloneDVD 2 with AnyDVD ,this combo works for everything out there.

One more thing to try - decrypter - best ripper out there imo for these type of problems. I used it on some deep scraches and it read right thru them.
Here's a guide:
http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/petesguide9.html
A link to dl decrypter is also in the guide.
If this doesn't work then do as aabbccdd said and exchange it!

For shrink it usually means one of two things:
Dirty/scratched or bad press - try cleaning it off and/or if you have another drive try that one - some drives are better than others with these type of 'problem' discs.
Shrink can't handle the protection. So as aabbccdd pointed out clone & AnyDVD. But if your region 1 (region i'm in & had no prob) then this is probably not the case.
Try decrypter it might work - it has for me on discs that are 'imperfect'.

Yeah I think the best thing to is exchange it. You could try dvdfab decrypter (ripper like decrypter) as a last shot though.
