Hello, so I've thought about going with the Crystal Chip as it supports the DNA auto-patching. I was recently on the Crystal Chip site and it says "it does not support import/backups WTF?? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the modchip? I've downloaded some firmware packages to check em' out and one of them has R 18 and the other R 19. Do I have to upgrade to 18 first then to 19 or that doesn't matter? Please, reply soon as possible.

Those firmware packs you have are hacked versions that allow the use of backups. Just use R 19 dont bother with 18.
