DVD Ripper Platinum fails- Please Help!!!!!

Whenever I try to rip my dvd's in dvd ripper platinum (in this case 28 chapters) all of the chapters in the status area say FAIL after a few seconds- What am I doing wrong- I decypted from a DVD with dvddecrypter before I used it. Thanks

Are you trying to rip a rip? Never heard of dvd ripper platinum.
