my message shows even though it worked perfectly before.

UNinstall Nero then reinstall. When you reinstall do not install INCD.

That looks like an incomplete log.

Yep your missing a whole bunch of the log - post the whole thing - there can be other problems besides the InCD. It also looks like you have Roxio which w/ Nero - they don't play to well together. You'll need to uninstall Roxio/easy cd creator - and check roxio sites or google for the roxio zapper to clean up any remains.

You also want to remove all remnants of nero off your pc as well.Here's the nero cleantool6:

http://www.nero.com/us/Nero_6_Clean_Tool.html


Run the roxizapper and then nero cleantool6.

Download nero,and leave out the INCD packet.
