I'm having problems with the Sony Mic for PSP, I'm unable to talk to anyone!! I did open the ports in my Linksys wireless router. There is sometimes when I'm able to talk but other times I can't.
Any ideas anyone??

Linksys is kindof an ify router. sometimes the router picks up 100% conection and somtimes 25%. but thats just with mine. i had to get another. that is just my 2 cents about linksys routers, but with the sony mic, i have no clue.

Ok first off make sure that your psp remote is official. My psp when I got it was just the psp. I bought some counterfit official looking psp remote and headphones on ebay for $5 directly from Japan it came I guess. I tried everything in the book to get it working. So I went to my retarded employee filled walmart and bought a complete new psp. Right when I plugged in the new remote with my mic it instantly worked no port f-ing around or ne thing. It may be your internet provider may need to open the ports for their modem and your routers need to be open to. I have a linksys wireless G WRT54G router. And Adelphia with a motorolla modem. No problems ever with it.
