Hi, I have a DVD when playing it the picture rolls up the screen continuesly. When played on a DVD machine made in China or Taiwan, it plays ok. What is the problem? Is there a software out I can download to correct the DVD and use DVD Shrink to burn to another DVD.

I beleive region 1. I have to check when I get home. Is there solution if it is region one.

Wait, I actually just read your question. Are you saying that this Region 1 DVD of yours plays on Chinese region (I think that's Region 3) DVD players, or simply ones made in China? It could be a bad pressing, at which point you'll have to get a new copy, but it would show symptoms on all players, not just one. Is this a legit DVD you're playing?

It is legit. It is a chinese movie made in I believe China. It look real as can be. just like the Jet Li 'HERO' DVD release from China. I was able to play the DVD. This DVD I cannot play say
MPEGx2 DVD-9 at the back of the cover.

Are you serious? If it says MPEG-2 on the back, then its not a DVD. It's in SVCD format. And its on a DVD-9. It's not going to work on some standalone players. Why it works on Chinese players, that's anyone's guess.
