I really want to try out my mods on halo live but everyone says the second i go on live with my mods on ill get banned. Do they detect my mods or do i have to get reported a few times. My main question is how do i play on live matchmaking without getting banned. I know its possible cause ive seen high level modders so im wondering...anyone know anything itd be appreciated.

Corrupt the auto-update patch, you dont get banned immeadiately. you get banned from 2-6 hours on live. What modders do is get to say level 35 on a account bridging.......create a new account turn their mods on another XBOX and they don't get banned on there high account but the moddding account gets banned after a few hours.

I'm still a bit confused..could you explain that again? so people do automatically get kicked off if they mod there's no way around it? And corrupting the auto update patch does that make it 2-6 hours b4 ur kicked or what does that do in comparison to not corrupting it

person doesnt know much about modding :( dont corrupt the autoupdate. this is how it goes: when u sign on xbl w/ a softmodded xbox and go into a game, when u load a map the autoupdate scans the map to see if u modded it at all. once u r red flagged, meaning u r caught, u have 6 hrs to do w/e the hell u want. but if u sign off be4 ur 6 hrs is up u cant go into mm w/ that acc again.

well you can still get on and play custom games. I guess the real question is "Is there away NOT to get suspended?"

i no theres a patch or something to make it were u cant get baned cuz im a 46 and 4 the hell of it i went into TS by my self (i dont no y) but there was a level 41 and he was modding and after the game i asked him about it and he said he has some kind of patch to were he cant get baned.
