Hello I want to take the deleted scenes from the wide-screen side of the disk and burn them one the same disk with the entire full screen side and them a part of the menu but the problem is I'm unsure if it can be done with dvd shrink alone anybody out there that can tell me how to do this in elementary I'd appreciate.
Thanks in advance

what you are asking can be in some ways complex to explain... however i shall take a stab at it...

First of all, shrink can be used, however the menues, unless edited will not be able to access the extra data... so maybe you could try and find an application that will allow you to edit or create menues...

this is all very confusing to me, i know how to do, its just hard to teach cause i have no double sided discs and therefore am unable to post you a guide... im fraid this is all i can say to help

Rip side 1 to HDD, then rip side 2. Open DVD Shrink, go to reauthor mode. In the DVD Browser find side 1 and double click it to the left side of DVD Shrink, repeat process for side 2. Edit as needed and then backup and burn.

FYI... transporter 2 needed no compression to begin with.
all you would do is this.. in shrink, select the main movie and burn it to disk, for the flip side, do the same for all the extras.
however, in my opinion, your wasting a flipper disk for that purpose.
the entire movie (actually both) will fit on one disk each !!
no encryption, no shrinking needed !!

Thank you all for your response. I had a little trouble trying to re-author so I decided to use two disks
Thanks again

No problem, it can get a little tricky...I did this one a couple of days ago side one only with no problems( I don't care about the special features).
