What is the difference? I've been using +R's but don't know what the difference is between +R and -R. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Hey, yeah, I know. But you have to realize that not everyone who comes here is a "techy" and what questions are over-asked and what are not. Not to mention, that same response has also been posted numerous times, including this particular discussion, from what I've seen since I started searching. Thanks for your input, though.
