i assume you just have nero's background set to a more translucent color rather then having added a back ground to Nero?

When I put in a memorex blank disc and choose cd/dvd speed under tools....it opens and when i try to start it.....it says cannot start.
Then it tells me to choose the write to data option.....that is the only way it will work....is it the same...or do i need to choose something else. I got the new Nero 7??? Thanks

You'll need to scan at the same speed you burned. Not all drives support the PI/PO and quality scanning, so you may not be able the use this feature.

It is in the Nero Toolkit under CD-DVD speed, scan at the same rate that you burned.

You might want to go with something other than the Memorex blanks. Everybody here, well almost everybody hates them.

what would be really funny would be if the drive ejected the disk and laughed !!!
