I use AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. Every so often when I try to backup a movie, it copies the movie but with the directors comments (even though I don't select them as something I want to copy.) Does anyone know what's up with that? or had the same problem?

I never had that problem with CloneDVD & AnyDVD. It usually already has that audio option already unchecked. Have you tried changing the audio option on the player's remote?

i have tried turning them off on the remote and that doesn't work either. Like I said it's only on certain movies not all the time, it's just kind of annoying when that happens.

I have had the same problem. Out of the last 20 movies I have copied, 7 had to be redone due to the directors comments playing over the movie. It is a pain and an expensive one if you do not have the original to recopy. From what I can tell from the Forum I am going to stick with the 5.1 audio track when it's offered and check them all when it's not. I feel your pain:(

Make sure you uncheck the two channel in the audio and keep only the 5.1 and you will have no problem with the DC's. They are always 2 channel. There is no reason to keep 2 channel, even if you do not have home theater you player will Demux down to 2 channel.
