Having done several back up DVD's using DVD decryter, and DVD2one and Nero to burn the DVD, I have noticed a distinct difference in the audio level from the original DVD and the copies made.
Can someone please explain why this should happen? Also what can I do to improve the audio level, other than using the TV sound control knob !!
not sure where the problem is, but it's definitely does not have anything to do with the media. if this were an analog recording, it might...but everything is digital here. this reminds me of the guy in best buy trying to convince me that expensive monster fiber optic cable sounded better than the cheap fiber optic cable.
what type of audio stream is it (mp3, AC3, pcm, etc)? if it's AC3, might want to check your compression settings if they are tweakable. i'm not familiar with DVD2One.
