I'm not getting any sound ...

I getting sound when I play the movie file while in shrink it but not the files that have the extras ... what does this mean.

Have you deleted any audio from the extras? Typically the extras will have mixed audio (i.e. 2.1 and 5.1 ) included, so if you delete one you might end up with no sound.

I haven't burned it to disc yet it still on the dvd disc and was just analyed by shrink I can't do a deep analysis an error come up let me run the deep analysis again and I'll post it.
