Xecuter 3 Won't turn on only frags

In the manual it says to turn on the xbox with the chip disabled hold the power button so i do that and the xbox works fine, but if i want to run it with the modchip with the quick press of the power button every light comes on and it frags, and the control panel on the front i believe is suppose to be blue is of course orange

try to reflash your chip bois and remember xcuter 3 has more than one banks to flash on

when the chip boots without being flashed it should be a blue screen

I can't even get to the point of flashing the bios there is no blue screen or anything, I never got to flash it once
