Download DVDFab Decrypter and rip to your HDD then process with Shrink. This movie has ARccOS protection on it and Shrink alone cannot handle it. Software available here

I think I did Lord of War alone, Shrink on it's own. but I might have done it FAB/VOB/Shrink. I can't really remember. MOre than likely it was Shrink alone. Have you tried using a Program like DVDFAB (free) then running it through Shrink?

DVDFAB just rips and removes encryption. You go to Shrink and select "open files", instead of "open disc". Then do what you normally do, compress.

What's so good about this movie (Lord of War)? Honestly, I enjoyed The Man, The Fog, The Cave, The Great Raid more than Lord of War. DVDFAB Decrypter 2.9.7.0 should be able to handle this easily without any issues whatsoever. In addition, if you just want to be SAFE, then just have VobBlanker 2.1.0.0 to PROCESS and FILTER out any left over junks, craps, dummy cells, fake pgcs or encrypted sectors and you'll be all square away.

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.

I like LoW, I didn't like Cave however. I liked LoW because teh main character didn't conviently learn a lesson at the end and "changed himself for the better". He's a bad person and he acknowledges it, he doesn't try to make you think he feels bad about it or try to get off looking cool. And another thing is that it could easily be true. I also thought the music selection was funny.

When did this turn into a movie rewiew? With that said, it's funny that Lord of War was criticized in favor of The Man, The Fog, and The Cave. All of which are arguably the worst movies of 2005--critically speaking. But, to each their own ;)
