my friends psp recently stoped loading gran theft auto UMD.
i looked at the system settings and its version 2.5
has this got anything to do with why it wont reckonise the disk any more?

also what is locationfree player????

is this olso to do with v2.50?
i have never seen it before.......

Yes, GTA should run on any firmware version 2.0 and up. If it was working, and then it stopped, and nothing was changing with the firmware, then it sounds like either the UMD disc is dirty or scratched, or the PSP isn't reading UMD discs anymore. Try using a different UMD movie or game and see if it loads. If it does, then the problem is the GTA UMD you are using, it may need to be cleaned is all.
