As i was surfing on the net, i found many loaders for the PSP such as DEVHOOK, FASTLOADER 7.0, UMD EMULATOR 8.0C. What i need is a way where i can play the ISO games in my Memory Stick and just enjoy. I got very confused with all three although i got only two games working (Winnig eleven 9 and NBA) but i could get the F1 GrandPrix to work. I need HELP :(
Most games can be ran with Fastloader. There are only a few games I have to use UMD Emulator for. I have never used Devhook, never had to. There are several guides in this forum about both programs. You can also check the help section on www.psp-hacks.com. Also this thread has alot of posts, but it also has alot of good information about this kinda thing.
Thank you stevetex for ur explaination. The main reason is not to use UMD disks, because i dont have one anyway :) so a fastloader has a requirement that a UMD disk must be inserted in the PSP to load the game.
So how can i make some games (or most ISO games) operate without the need of UMD disk.
I see your point manama147. I actually use the UMD Demo disc that came with my PSP, that seems to work great. Otherwise you can use a game UMD or a movie UMD. As long as there is a UMD of any kind in the PSP it will allow you to use Fastloader or UMD Emulator. It is just easier that way, I always keep my demo disc in my PSP, never take it out. :)
Man i been trying to get my psp mod with fastloader v.7 on `1.50 version and my stuff doesn't work.i try to put my iso on the thbe memory but it didnt work the game is need 4 speed most wanted. i downloaded it ripped it was like 165 mbor something near that i have a 256mb memory card i put my psp_game and UMD.bin in xcdrom to try to make iso but it doesn't can you please help me someone are do you know a easyer way are pack of game that will fit 256 mb card entill i get my 1or 2gb memory card
The ISO was the file that you had before you opened it to PSP_GAME & UMD_DATA.bin, but if youve deleted it, then
Try using UMDgen

Thank you so much stevetex for your help, well well well! unfortunatly I didnt get UMD Demo :( so it seems i will get any original game for the sake of the UMD... so do you think it would work this way? if yes then i need to fly and buy a game to have the UMD!
