can you booktype with clonedvd2? I looked and couldnt find it, i do have a burner that does it.

if the burner does it, you should be fine
just get the (+) media and burn the disc.
my burner does it automatically..

clonedvd 2 doesnt booktype BUT you should be able to booktype with your drive also you can open dvd decrypter and booktype in that program close it out open clonedvd 2 encode and burn your dvd and it booktypes to dvd-rom ,it works

What's the brand name and model# of your DVD-RW drive?

Benq uses a utility called Q-suite to booktype.

Lite-on and rebadged sony lite-ons uses it's own booktyping utility,same with plextor-I believe.

Help with booktyping...i have found where in decrypter to change the setting however i dont know which tab to pick when it asks me to select for my approiate drive type.. i have a tsstcorp/cd/dvdw TS-L532a T151 (E)ATA

None of those tabs in DVDD work for your burner as it is a Toshiba/Samsung manuf drive

Your sony is not capable of bitsetting. They didn't become capable of bitsetting untill the DRU-700.

Glad you answered in this thread, so I could post it in the other. I was not sure if that Samsung would booktype, as far as I know they don't unless maybe in Nero. Glad when I can read others input it is helpful to my knowledge base :)
