Since youve already deleted the original ISO youll need UMDgen a program which can rebuild that ISO from that folder you have PSP_GAME
download UMDGen http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/194 once its up and running. Drag n drop PSP_GAME and UMD_Data.bin to the "RIGHT" hand side of UMDgen then go to file export ISO. You should then have an ISO of your game.

UMDGen is simpler to use the vcdromx( it says ?????) because youve got jap version.
Ok step by step
1. Open UMDGen a window opens with 2 speerations one side says Root with a cdrom and another side should say "no items to show"
2. Open the folder where your PSP_GAME folder and UMDdata.bin is now drag and drop the psp_Game folder and UMDdata to the RIght hand side of UMDGEn sorry bout saying left b4 got confused.
Now on the right hand side you should see PSP_GAME folder and this also shows up on the left. Also on the right should be UMDdata.bin
however this does not show up on the left.
3. Go to FILE go down to Export ISO and put in your iso name
Whalla you should now have an ISO

Right under Export IML should be the option EXPORT ISO if it isnt lit up for you to select you done something wrong. Make sure you drag and drop both PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.bin to the right hand side.
