HELP copying season DVDs like The Shield

I need help! I am pretty new at burning DVDs. I haven't had any trouble burning movies but when I tried to burn The Shield I copied only one menu and one episode. I don't really care if I copy all the menus (one main and four submenus) but I would really like the main menu and the four episodes. Can anyone help me? thanks mandi

hi mandy, im falry new to this myself but its taken me ages to come up with the best solution for copying disks.

It really depends on what your trying to do.

Are you copying a dual layer (i.e around 8 gigs) to another blank dual layer? Or are you trying to copy 1 Dual layer and squeeze it onto a normal DVD-R?

Give me more info on what your tryign to do and ill do mi best to help you :) Ive copied loads of originals onto DVD-R's etc so should be able to point ya in the right direction :)

Try ripping with DVD Decryptor in iso read mode. Open the resulting disk image in Shrink. Don't reauthor. Backup the entire image and set to burn with Decryptor.

I am really NEW at this, some of this is still sounding like a foreign language too. But basically, I just want to make a back up copy of my Shield season DVD. It probley is a layered disk and i am using DVD Decrypter program, i also have Nero and Alchol program. And I am coping it onto a normal DVR-R. I am not sure how many gigs.

As above:
Use DVD Decryptor in iso read mode to rip the entire DVD to HD as an iso. The go to DVD Shrink/File/open disk image, navigating to where you put the ripped iso. Then let shrink analyze, then backup. Don't reauthor. Pick the option to save as image and burn with Decryptor or save to file and burn with Nero.
