Hi to all!!
I ripped the subject with DVDD without problem but the thing is DVDShrink cannot shrunk it to DVD5. I also tried Recode but no luck.
If there's a quick fix for this please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

For those that are having problems with your programs saying that the movie is to large, there is a program call FixVTS. I use DVDDecrypter_3.5.4.0 and DVDShrink_3.2.0.15 and with the addition of FixVTS, I have been able to burn a complete copy of Zorro and the Fog. What this program does is process the files and remove garage left over from the security protections, and also size down the files so that your program can compress it down to fit on your DVDR. Below is the wesite to download the program.

FixVTS can only accept VOB files. After decrypting all I got is back up of IFO files (VTS_01_1). I did re-authoring but it skipped a lot of files. There's gotta be another way..
But then I'll try your concept next time.
Thanks!

This movie was a problem like the other new Sony/ Columbia movies.

I had to use Dvd fab 2.5.6.8 as 2.5.7.0 did not do it correctly. Somehow it only gave me
part of the movie. I still don't know why. After that, I use Vob blanker 2.1.0.0 to clean up
the bad cells. Then dvd shrink and any burning tool you normally use.

My backup came out perfect.

Next time you have a problem use SUPER DVD COPY (http://www.dvdtodivx.net/sdcinst.exe). It will rip right through it with no problem. When it ask you if you want to split the DVD, Click No. After it's done Shrink the VTS file with Shrink and you're done. Easy software to use.

For more info on how to use VobBlanker 2.1.0.0 and DVDFAB Decrypter to rip and backup any new release dvds/movies, go here http://www.k-probe.com/backup-newly-release-DVD-DVDFAB-Decrypter-...

**NOTE: I've tested with all of the new released and it worked 100% flawlessly. I suggest you or anyone to TURN OFF AnyDVD or DVD43 while ripping the movie with DVDFAB Decrypter or when processing the VIDEO_TS.IFO file with VobBlanker 2.1.0.0 to avoid getting errors/issues afterward.

Best of lucks and happy burning!!

DVDFab Decrypter and Shrink worked for me. I didn't even need Vobblanker. Of course I only did the movie, not the extras...

I ripped with DVDFab to my HD but after processing with VOBB, I tried to DVDShrink and it would not work at all. Wouldn't even start the program as it said it was missing something... will have to find the exact error message again.

Used any dvd 5.9.4.1 and DVD Shrink for the entire disk. Worked great. Nero recode would not read the files no matter what I did. When I rippied just the movie it would not start playing unless I hit the play button on the remote several times. No clue why.
