This model requires both codes being locked to Fido and if you have already tried other codes, it will not unlock.

Dear no limit, I have read your posts earlier and it stated that the model required the 2 codes to unlock, and if other codes were entered beforehand, it won't work! I entered other codes before... and I guess ur right. Is there anything I can do now to unlock the restrictions, or by entering other codes before hand messed the whole thing up?

Guy sorry to bug you but I have a fido 6030 I tryed the dct-4 calculator and i have put in 4 bad codes
it was say code error 3 times then under the 4th time it said unable to remove restrictions.
the ime is 010849000441301
is it too late? if so what about those sites that supposedly unlock your phone remore will this work?

Your mobile is hardlocked. With the 6030 you only get 3 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked, your only option now is to take it to a professional unlocker.

hey guys. can anyone help me with my nokia 6230?
basically, i dont know whats wrong with it. firstly i put my sim card in it and it read it fine, then i turned the phone off to save battery and the next time i turned it on, my sim isnt being read....any ideas as to whats going on?

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!(No Private Messages Please)
