Free way - download dvdfab decrypter from here:http://dvdidle.com/free.htm
Rip the dvd to your hd then open the files(video_ts folder) in shrink and process as usual.

Or AnyDVD running in the background with shrink. (21 day free trial)

madagascar is a tough one, first time AnyDVD wasn't enough.
i have the full program and the most updated version, and i always run it in the background and burn with DVD Shrink.

with madagascar there was a problem with one of the .VOB files and the encoding process stopped after about 50%.

so what i did was run AnyDVD (which did crack almost all the copy protections), decrypted to my hd with DVD Decrypter, used FixVTS for the problematic VOB file, and burned with DVD Shrink.
