Has anyone had any trouble backing up Wallace & Gromit with DVD Shrink and Nero?

Haven't done this one yet but what problem are you having? Ripping it or burning it? Any errors?

The only problem that I encountered the first time was that I needed to use a larger disc. I didn't have one, so I just Re-Authored it using DVD Shrink and only kept the main movie. It sucks not having all the extras, but I can always get a larger disc and re-rip it. Hope this helps.

@GCW

Did you try to run the decrypted files through VobBlanker before Shrinking? Alot of people who have run into this problem have had it solved by using this method.

If you have problems with it just make sure that auto run swf exe is not running in background.

For Newbies or those that needed helps,

For more info on how to rip and backup any new release dvds with DVDFAB Decrypter and VobBlanker 2.1.0.0, try to use this guide here http://www.k-probe.com/backup-newly-release-DVD-DVDFAB-Decrypter-...

All you need to do is change the "title/name of movie" to the movie/name you're trying to rip and backup, then follow the guide carefully and you should be fine. If you don't know what to "blank out" when you're at VobBlanker 2.1.0.0, then just set your "input folder, output folder and hit PROCESS", that's it.

Best of lucks and happy burning!!

Basic rip and re-author using DVD Shrink and autoburn with Nero.

Nothing special on mine: Full screen/Region 1

I did that on my backup pc.This pc does not have AnyDVD or DVD43 installed.

Hey guys I got one more question. I have had some problems with Wallace and Gromit, Barbie as Rapunzel, Diary of a mad Black woman, Fantastic 4. So far these are the only ones. When I put them in my computer's dvd/cd my computer acts like they are not even there. When i go to dvdfab it or try AnyDVD, I get a prompt saying no dvd in the drive? I have tried looking in my e drive and it shows nothing, but the dvd is in there. There is nothing wrong with the dvds, and my computer just got checked out by STAPLES (WHERE I BOUGHT IT A MONTH AGO, STILL VERY NEW) a week ago, I was making sure everything was ok, and they said everything is running fine. I finally did get Fantastic 4 to read one time, and got it burnt fine, but I held in the shift button when I was closing the drive. It wont work again nor on any other dvds. I really dont know what to do and am getting frustrated. Please if anyone can help me it will be appreciated. Jennifer
