i copied the movie into my hard drive and when shrink went to burn the movie i inserted the disc and it spit it back out saying please insert a larger disc??? i have burned 30 movies before without a problem whats going on?

Make sure your target size is still set to 4300(custom size)...to do this go to Edit-Preferences-Preferences tab...under target select custom size and type in 4300.
